About Us

We are a multi-generational family owned business located in Ellensburg. We specialize in dry sparkling ciders and feature an orchard of 35 different old heritage apples that are milled, pressed and blended onsite, in our barn. We have a beautifully landscaped outdoor tasting room and feature live music and light refreshments on Saturdays, May-September. 2020 we were awarded Washington State Rural Business of the Year and 2021 we were featured on Good Morning America. In 2023 we entered the export market to Korea. We welcome Harvest Host members.

We have kegs, disposable kegs, 350ml bottles and usually have 7-9 different ciders. 184 Bearings/Apple Wine has been aged in Bourbon barrels fr 9 months 10%ABV. Hopped ciders have been fermented and then hops added for 4 days, Cherry Blush dry sparkling cider flavored with Yakima Santina and Bing cherries, Presson Perri dry sparkling, see website for tasting notes
