About Us

We operate a small regenerative farm in the Methow Valley in North-Central Washington, where we raise grass-fed lamb and cultivate hay and pasture.

We use management-intensive grazing rotations to improve the soil and produce healthy animals and delicious meat. We are also engaged in restoration work on 8 acres of wooded and riparian habitat in the center of our farm.

We operate our own custom butcher shop on the farm, so lamb purchased from us live their entire life on the farm and avoid the stress of travel and off-farm slaughter. We cut your meat to order, with attention to detail and a one-on-one relationship with each customer.

We also sell wild sockeye salmon from our commercial fishing operation. Our fishing business (Graveyard Point Fish) is a family setnet operation on the Kvichak river in Bristol Bay. We fish from small open skiffs, pulling nets and hand-picking each fish to ensure that it is flash-frozen quickly and in good condition.

The incredible Bristol Bay watershed is home to a wild sockeye population that has been steadily increasing for over 50 years. We are honored to be a part of this harvest and to bring this amazing food source to our community in Central Washington.
