About Us
In July 2023, we opened the PNWaffle Boutique, featuring 100% locally sourced hot sauce, jams and honey to accompany our Mochi, Cornmeal, Norwegian and Lavender waffle mixes, made with Cairnspring Mills flour, Vanilla and Hibiscus sugars from The Kitchen Imp and cardamom from Living Earth Herbs. We also carry local, seasonal flower bouquets (both fresh and dried arrangements), herbal soap & serum from Sonder Farmstead, candles, art prints and stickers.
We prepare Norwegian, Buttermilk, Mochi, Brussels, and Liege-style waffles from scratch, featuring local, organic ingredients for our globally inspired menu. Find us Saturdays from 10-2 at the Bellingham Farmers Market. We cater weddings, parties, and corporate events.
Our team at Waffles in Paradise regards the PNW as a bountiful utopia and strive to support Whatcom & Skagit County farmers & producers. We source flour from Cairnspring Mill + Fairhaven Mill, eggs from East of Eden Farm, milk from Twin Brook Creamery, Maple Skyr yogurt from Steensma Creamery, sheep cheese from Harmony Fields, buttermilk from Grace Harbor Farms, local berries from Viva Farms and Mariposa Farm, cardamom from Living Earth Herbs, and vanilla & hibiscus sugar from The Kitchen Imp.
