Growing Methods

Vertical Fog Farm has been certified organic by the WSDA from nearly the beginning. My goal is to grow nutritious food in a way that is sustainable, builds healthy soil and minimizes pesticide use. Vertical Fog Farm's salad mix and cut greens are processed under license by the WSDA.

Vertical Fog Farm grows a variety of vegetables focusing on salad mix and cut greens. Our salad mix and cut greens are prepared under license by the WSDA and are ready-to-eat. Ready-to-eat products are available in bulk and retail packaging.
