About Us

Founded by a local fishing family, The Harbor Fish Company is proud to nourish our community with wild-caught Alaskan salmon. Our fish are sourced from the icy, pristine waters of Alaska's Lynn Canal, and are caught directly from the fisherman handing you your fish at the market. We specialize in providing three of the five Pacific salmon species: Chinook (King), Sockeye, and Coho. Each variety offers a unique flavor and texture profile, and we recommend trying all three! We offer frozen, vacuum-packed raw fillets (~1.5-2 lbs) and portions (6-8 oz). Our salmon are caught in-season, ensuring you the freshest, most delicious superfood from the sea.

We accept online orders for monthly pick-up at regional locations or delivery. Our community can also find us at the Proctor Farmer's Market during regularly scheduled market dates and times.
