About Us
The Farm at Krystal Acres is a 40 acre farm home to a herd of 56 alpacas being raised for their fiber which is harvested when the animals are shorn around Memorial Day each year. Under new ownership since early 2021, the farm intends to focus more on taking the fiber they produce to make yarn and products manufactured as locally as possible in order to be part of the local Fibershed, a "slow fiber" movement. American grown, American made, climate beneficial fiber product.
