About Us

Tacoma Aroma Flavor compiles cookbooks/dining guides that feature South Sound chefs, mixologists, and producers who embrace fresh, local, organic, seasonal, sustainable food systems. ~We are invested in our community — 25.3% of profits from Tacoma Aroma: Savor the Flavor books will be donated to nonprofit organizations in the 253 area code.
