About Us

Starbird Farm is a small scale, sustainable, produce farm located in beautiful Mount Vernon, Washington. The farm was established in late 2019, and the 2020 season was spent diligently preparing the soil for future crop production. We are excited to be able to produce high quality, sustainably grown, produce to our local community for the 2021 growing season!

Growing & Operating Practices

With just under half an acre in production, we are very small, and adhere to the motto “grow better, not bigger.” We strive to increase production through detailed crop planning, intensive plantings, and the use of appropriate technology. We firmly believe that growing healthy food begins with growing healthy soil, and are committed to using only organic farming practices. Box Size(s)/Frequency: Our 2021 CSA will run for 18 weeks, from early June 2, 2021 until September 29, 2021. CSA pick-up is weekly, Wednesday afternoons from 12pm - dusk. We offer a 'full-size' share, with 7-10 items per week.
Cost: $500, early-bird price of $475 until March 1st, 2021.
Accepts SNAP/EBT for CSA?: No
