Chef John Howie’s Seastar Restaurant and Raw Bar, known for its constantly changing seasonal menu and diverse selection of seafood, is a showcase of unique preparations representing various culinary styles and geographies. The restaurant offers signature dishes and small, shareable plates featuring items from the sea and land, and an extensive array of sushi, sashimi and fresh local oysters from the Raw Bar. Seastar’s wine program boasts more than 750 wines and has held the prestigious Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence for the last 22 years
