About Us

The Root Connection is the oldest CSA in our area, established in 1986. Find out why we are so successful!

Conveniently located between Woodinville and Redmond in the Sammamish Valley. Open campus atmosphere for members and their children. Free U-Pick kids garden, herbs, flowers and greens such as kales and chard. Other vegetables are picked prior to member pickup. Full share (feeds 4-6) pickup weekly, half shares pick up every other week.

Members can walk the whole 22-acre farm and see the crops growing. It's like having your own private park! Our soils have been chemical-free for 33 years and the superior soil produces vegetables of unsurpassed flavor and nutrition, plus they are picked within one day or less of being distributed so the micro-nutrients and enzymes are still at their highest. Growing & Operating Practices

Our land has been farmed with practices that exceed the organic certification requirements for 33 years. The soil tilth and fertility is maintained with annual composting and cover cropping as well as certified organic locally produced fertilizer. Pest control is accomplished by floating row cover. We do not use organically- approved pesticides such as B-T as they are harmful to bees and other insects.
