About Us

Port Townsend Coffee Roasting Co.,:
Michael LeDonna, Roastmaster with 35 years roasting experience. We roast 100% Fair Trade Organic coffees in small batches, , and specialize in Italian style light and dark espressos, as well as smooth, heavy bodied dark roasts. Our coffees are packaged in valve bags within fifteen minutes out of the roaster.
Our roasting style promotes the smoothness and body in the component coffees and our blends use varietals that compliment and accentuate, so that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. We sell wholesale to cafes, markets, and restaurants, and also mail order coffee to individuals.

We sell Fair Trade Organic coffees to cafes, markets, and restaurants. Our Italian roasting style promotes smoothness and body, and we have two excellent espresso blends, one lighter and one darker, both smooth and heavy bodied. We blend for superior crema to carry the unique flavors of the component coffees to the cup.
