About Us
Nestled at the base of Mount Rainier, Perigee Farm seeks to heal the land upon which it sits through the use of regenerative practices including intensive livestock grazing, cover-cropping, and no-till methods. With diverse plantings on a small scale, we seek to create habitat for the many creatures that live here, including many native pollinators.
We are fortunate to steward this land which was stolen from the Nisqually, and seek to honor that history by making our offerings available to everyone.
Currently selling pastured eggs and specialty cut flowers.
Growing & Operating Practices
No-till, beyond organic agriculture. We farm following the biodynamic calendar, and employ permaculture principles to everything that we do. All our animals enjoy certified organic, non-soy feeds as a supplement to the lush pastures they enjoy everyday. We employ intensive rotational grazing to help restore this old logged patch of land to a richly bio diverse ecosystem, to be enjoyed by humans and creatures alike.

Sample Buyers
- "When first moving back to Ashford and starting my Air BnB
- I was looking to set myself apart utilizing my knowledge from the hospitality business and ran across Clare's farm on the local Facebook page. Not only does Clare produce the best eggs ever
- but also provides fresh flowers all summer and in the winter some dried arrangements as well. I'm new to Air BnB
- but every guest has commented on the thoughtfulness of the fresh eggs or fresh flowers. It's been great doing business locally to provide a unique experience for travelers to the mountain. Perigee Farm rocks!" -Patrick Norris
