We source local, organic ingredients both to support our local food economy and to preserve the harvest at peak season. Our vegan kimchi has a mellow heat with ginger and garlic notes; great over grains and in wraps. The curtido kraut is zesty, with a tickle of heat and a hint of citrus - a perfect addition to a taco or papusa. We've a growing list of products offered in 2 gallon 'bulk' containers.
