Pangea Ferments is a family run business making sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles and other seasonal fermented goods in Bellingham, Washington. By sourcing local organic vegetables we are able to support our local food economy and ‘preserve the harvest’ at peak season. It is our aim to bring healthy, raw, probiotic rich foods to the PNW.
Pangea Ferments creates naturally fermented, raw, nutrient dense krauts, kimchi and pickles in Bellingham, WA. We source local, organic ingredients both to support our local food economy and to preserve the harvest at its peak flavor. Our vegan kimchi has a mellow heat with ginger and garlic notes; great over grains and in wraps. The curtido kraut is zesty, with a tickle of heat and a hint of citrus - a perfect addition to a taco or papusa. The garlic dill kraut is the perfect dill pickle sub and our three seed kraut shouldn't be overlooked for the next reuben.
