Pangea Ferments is a family run business making sauerkraut, kimchi, fermented pickles, jalapeños, beets, spicy brussel sprouts and other seasonal goods in Bellingham, Washington. By sourcing local organic vegetables we are able to support our local food economy and preserve the harvest at peak season. It is our aim to bring healthy, raw, probiotic rich foods to the PNW.
