About Us
Our tamales are lard free ,shortening free and Gluten free. We have a variety of flavors in Pork, Chicken, Vegetarian & Vegan. They are all handmade from scratch. We are a small batch company and do not use large machinery. Just good ol' fashioned elbow grease! We believe that handmade is the BEST and ONLY way. All of our tamales are GENEROUSLY filled! We know you love our masa...but we do not skimp on the fillings

- Daily Tamale Inventory! Online ordering opens at 6:00 am daily for same day pickup ALL our Tamales are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to produce a fresh product daily but, at times we run out prior to closing. We recommend you order early in the day either online or by phone for same day pickup or its always best to preorder a day in advance.
