About Us

We are a small Boutique family farm in Southwest Washington.

We raise animals ethically and focus on sustainable land management practices and do not use chemicals or synthetic fertilizers. We make no compromises in order to grow the highest quality healthy food for our family and yours.

We specialize in producing steakhouse quality Wagyu Beef and all our cuts are dry-aged for at least 21 days. You can choose from either 100% grass-fed or grain-finished Wagyu Beef.

Our Heritage Berkshire Pork is forest-raised in their natural environment. They get roughly 30% of their diet from a diverse source of grasses and wild plants which creates a completely different product from factory raised pork.

Our Pasture raised sheep are supplemented with a 100% Organic feed ration which results in flavorful lamb that is extremely tender, and not gamey.

All our practices are grounded in a deep respect for the land and the animals we raise. Our livestock are raised with kindness to the highest ethical standards on open pastures or forests, which allows them to live stress-free and express their natural and instinctual behaviors.

Our animals are hormone and antibiotic free and our grain rations are certified USDA Organic, Non-GMO, and soy free.
