About Us

Mollayo Farm is a small-scale, woman-owned and operated pasture-raised poultry farm in located in Port Townsend, WA.

We raise Freedom Ranger chickens and White Holland heritage turkeys. Our slower-growing, pasture-raised birds develop rich flavors and have darker meat than the standard commerical breeds. We choose breeds for their health, vitality, and the quality of meat they produce.

Our birds enjoy a non-GMO, corn-free, soy-free diet and forage from pasture, resulting in meat that is not only tastier but packed with essential vitamins and nutrients. Compared to conventional poultry, ours have better fat quality and increased levels of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A and E, and other crucial nutrients that contribute to a healthier diet.

Growing & Operating Practices

All livestock are raised outdoors on pasture and fed organic, non-GMO, corn-free, soy-free feed.
