About Us
Now in its 46th year, the Methow Valley Farmers Market draws locals and visitors alike for a festive gathering on Saturdays in Twisp, WA. Whether you are wanting to buy your fresh produce for the week, find a little gift for a friend from our amazing crafters and artists, or sit at the picnic table, sampling ready-to-eat foods, while listening to live music and catching up with friends, we are a prime Eastern Washington attraction. The Methow Valley Framer's Market takes place at the Community Center in Twisp every Saturday 9am-12pm, starting the 2nd weekend in April through the last weekend of October.
Our farmers grow quality vegetables, stone fruits, garlic, flowers, apples and more, in the fertile lands of Okanogan County. In the Spring, this is the place to purchase hearty garden plants for starting your own garden, and the first vegetables of the season. During the Summer months, find a plethora of fresh produce, amazing stone fruit and melons, sweet and hot peppers, tomatoes, lots of greens, carrots, cucumbers, gorgeous flowers, and so much more. In the fall, stock up on winter storage foods like potatoes, apples, winter squash, onions, garlic, dried beans, meat and fish to keep you well-fed during the cold months. There are value-added products such as sauerkraut, hot sauces, pickles, and more. Beekeepers produce wildflower honey, and bakers turn out beautiful breads, pastries, and outrageous donuts. All produce and food products are grown and made in Okanogan County.
Our market features many local artisans who create high quality, handmade items including pottery, hand blown glass, silver jewelry, bird boxes, landscape paintings, clothing, spice blends, greeting cards, candles and more. You will be amazed at the high-level craftsmanship in this little market. We also have a growing lineup of yummy food made on site, from teriyaki to tacos and hamburgers to huge breakfast burritos to kettle korn. Our musicians keep things lively while you shop, visit with friends, and support our local economy with your purchases from these hard-working Okanogan County residents.
The Methow Valley Farmers Market is a beautiful community event not to be missed! Come visit us April through October in Twisp, WA.
