About Us
Exotic Microgreens by Lone Jedi Organic Farm offers 54 different types of microgreens. From standard microgreen peas and sunflowers to ancient orach. All of our seeds are organic, We grow in sterilized organic coco coir. We grow in BPA free trays that are 12 x 12 for easy handling. We filter our water to take out radiation, fluoride, chlorine, pharmaceuticals and microplastics. We grow indoors in clean rooms. We harvest in full PPE.
We can provide bulk bag sales or individually packaged in biodegradable containers. We provide discounts on Sunflowers to schools. Why do we do this? Sunflowers are a metabolic protein providing all the amino acids for a complete protein, and chocked full of other needed nutrients. They are considered the baby making microgreen because they provide the body with all the nutrients needed for a developing human body. Replacing the sugary one cup use fruit cups with sunflowers metabolic protein and biodegradable containers are a plus for any school to cut their carbon use and enhance consumable nutrients for the students. This goal is one of our main functions and we will work with any school district and their budget to get this done.
Growing & Operating Practices
Exotic Microgreens by Lone Jedi Organic Farm are grown in an indoor clean room with one side being glass for natural light along with our LED lights for a full color microgreen. We grow in BPA free trays - the Polyethylene and Bisphenol-A (BPA) leaches into the food prior to harvest, so we eliminated it. We used organic sterilized coco coir to reduce animal born contagions. We use only organic seeds and search the planet for rare and exotic seeds, along with our kitchen staple microgreens. We harvest in full PPE to reduce human contagions. Our containers for harvested microgreens and sprouts are BPE and BPA free and are biodegradable. Our products are slightly more expensive, but our Superfoods are clean. We have no investors so the bottom line is a healthy superfood not revenue.

Wholesale Info
Lone Jedi Organic Farm is the first in the nation to bring hemp microgreens to market. Microgreens provide 30% to 500% more nutrients and vitamins than their seed counterparts. Hemp is the only microgreen that offers bioavailable minerals. Without hemp in your mix you are getting vitamins and nutrients, but lack your omega needs. Our mixes of microgreens always include equal quantity of hemp. We also offer a wide variety of sprouts and microgreens, herbs, lettuces, radishes, and roots.
