We work directly with 60+ small farmers in the Inland Northwest to source radically seasonal, local, and sustainable food. Our farms are either certified organic or use organic and regenerative growing practices. Farmers have the option to become farmer-owners of LINC, a farmer and worker owned cooperative!
LINC sources produce, dairy, eggs, meat, and grains of exceptional freshness and quality from our local member farms. We then connect them with local markets including restaurants, grocery stores, and institutions in the Inland Northwest.
