About Us

We use regenerative agriculture to heal the land, protect fish, and produce healthy food. Lightning RR Ranch is located in the Methow Valley, where salmon and steelhead return to spawn among the Ponderosa Pines. Our family finishes beef on irrigated pasture using intensive rotational grazing to build soil health. We market pastured grass-fed, USDA processed, hormone and antibiotic free beef cuts direct to our fellow earthlings. We are certified SalmonSafe and a veteran owned with the HomegrownByHeroes label.
