About Us

L’Arche Farm & Gardens is a non-profit farm that employs folks with and without intellectual disabilities to work as farmers, supporting each others employment. It is the mission of L’Arche Farm and Gardens to grow and sell quality products, support purposeful work, engage the greater community in the experience of L’Arche and foster a spirit of caring for land and people.

We are dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming work place where the gifts of everyone can be highlighted and celebrated! We grow and craft a variety of products; from CSA Produce Shares, to garden nursery plants, to honey, to flower arrangements! Working in an integrated setting with people of a variety of abilities and gifts, each farm worker is affirmed in their self worth and connection to all of life. To put it more simply the goal of the Farm is “Growing People, Growing Plants”
