About Us

I create and sell handspun yarn; finished shawls, hats, gloves, horse bonnets, afghans, etc.; original knitting, crochet, and beading patterns; kits; classes; and more. We also have aged compost and wool skirtings for your gardens. We are open by appointment (to make sure we're home and don't have animals wandering the driveway).

We have a small spinner's flock of 6 Icelandic and Shetland sheep, a loud and friendly dog, and 2 very shy young cats. I host monthly craft nights in my studio, where people can come and work on or get help with their projects. I can also teach spinning, knitting, crochet, some beading, and chainmail. While we do not have a lesson horse anymore, I can also give riding lessons on your horse and train horses. I enjoy bringing people together with fiber arts because there are so many possibilities. I focus on historic and geeky arts, and my web site shows a list of shows where I'll be around the Pacific Northwest.
