About Us
Helsing Junction Farms' CSA delivers 18 weeks of fresh produce from mid June until late October, with two planned gap weeks(*). Each week our members receive a pre-packed box containing 7-15 items, depending on which size share they choose. The contents of our CSA boxes varies widely as the season progresses; from strawberries and fresh peas in spring, to potatoes and winter squash in fall. Come visit our self-serve farm stand open every day June through October.
*Gap weeks are new for us in 2023 and are a way for us to proactively tackle the seasonal overload that farm workers often experience after our busiest month of the year, June, and again after planting wraps up for the year but before the heaviest harvests begin, near the end of August.
