Grade A goat dairy & cheese producer in beautiful Skagit Valley since 2004. We milk a small herd of 20 LaMancha dairy goats. All of our milk is used for the cheese. We are an Animal Welfare Approved farm. We make about 32 different cheeses: soft fresh cheese, semi-soft, & hard aged cheeses plus Greek style yogurt.. We produce cheeses with both pasteurized and raw milk.
