About Us
Frey Family Farm is a certified organic vegetable, berry, pumpkin, and hay farm. We offer a CSA, sell at two local farmers markets, and have a farm store. We have a Pumpkin Patch the last three weekends in October.
CSA weekly box will be customized to members' likes, and members can further customize each week! Pick up sites in Morton, Eatonville, Packwood, Puyallup and on Farm.
Growing & Operating Practices
At Frey Family farm, we follow regenerative, organic principles and practices. We are switching to no-till/low till cultivation; utilize stale seedbed technique, flame weeding, and hand cultivation to stay on top of weeds, and water with drip irrigation. In 2020 we will expand our cover cropping to bring nutrients to our soil. We have a 2.5-acre market garden that includes 3hoop houses for season extension. We also hay 28 non-irrigated acres of timothy mix grasses.
