About Us
The Delridge Farmers Market will be kicking off our fourth season on May 18th, and we'll be running every Saturday from 10a-2p through the end of October, at 9421 18th Ave SW Seattle WA 98106. We are one of the only BIPOC-priority markets in town, rooted in providing culturally relevant food and goods to communities across Southwest Seattle. Our community-centered market is building food security and access to holistic health and wellness programming for folks in the Delridge area, while eliminating barriers to market access for farmers, chefs, and artisans of color.
The Delridge Farmers Market is centered around the principle of abundance and is run by a Black-women-led nonprofit organization, African Community Housing & Development, serving the African Diaspora community in the Greater Seattle Area. The market has become a vital space for small businesses to sell their products and a buzzing social hub for neighbors to enjoy fresh, nourishing food and free resources like plant starts, diapers, and more.
