We are a small female-owned salami and cured meat producer in Seattle that uses ethically sourced ingredients & meat and is known for our new world flavors & vibrant colorful packaging. We originally started in our well known restaurant Salumi in Pioneer Square and now ship to stores and restaurants across the country. You can also order online at corofoods.com

We sell our unique salami and cured meat to restaurants, grocers, and retailers across with the country. When our restaurant is not shutdown, we also sell pre-made sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and salads to a number of establishments, including wineries and breweries.
