We are a small female-owned salami and cured meat producer in Seattle that uses ethically sourced ingredients & meat and is known for our new world flavors & vibrant colorful packaging. We sell our unique salami and cured meat to restaurants, grocers, and retailers across with the country. When our restaurant is not shutdown, we also sell pre-made sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and salads to a number of establishments, including wineries and breweries.
