About Us

We raise and sell Heritage breed turkeys who are kept outdoors in a secure pasture such that they are able to live by their instincts. In other words, happy birds; delicious birds; satisfied customers! Fair warning: once you cook a heritage turkey to your friends and family, there is no going back! Sold off-farm right before Thanksgiving.

Contact us starting in May to reserve your bird. Also check out "Hell or High Water Farm" who we share our land with for vegetables, flowers, eggs, and whole chickens.

Growing & Operating Practices

We follow organic or sustainable practices and do not use any form of pesticides on our land. Our soil is our more precious resource and we treat it with respect for long term health, including reseeding the pasture each year. The birds are fed organic, Scratch and Peck feed for their entire life. The turkeys roam outdoors in fenced areas that are netted to keep out predators. They can fill their bellies with bugs and grass and veg scraps to their hearts content. We also share our land with other commercial farmers to keep it in active food production.
