About Us

Our mild-tasting Katahdin hair sheep and lambs are grass-fed in the fertile Snohomish River Valley.

We raise our sheep the old-fashioned way, on grass and pasture. Katahdins are a variety of hair sheep, or sheep which grow wool which naturally sheds, like a wild sheep. So they do not need to be sheared, and do not produce a wool crop meant for spinning. Instead, they are a meat production breed, thriving on pasture with just good grass as an input.
