About Us

We make extruded pasta using freshly milled flour from local grain and pair it with seasonal farm produce! We are currently cooking at the Queen Anne Farmers Market every Thursday from 3-7:30 until October. Our menu features a new pasta shape each week offering two different sets to choose from! This allows us to use the best produce that we can find at the markets each week.
