Founded in July of 2003 by Scott Mangold and Renée Bourgault, Breadfarm is an artisan bakery focusing on naturally leavened breads, rustic pastry and pantry staples. Every item we make is hand crafted. Our breads are naturally leavened using wild yeasts. Our European influenced pastry & cookies are made in small batches by staff with carefully tending hands.
We’re located in the small village of Edison, Washington, just off of scenic Chuckanut Drive in beautiful Skagit Valley. We pride ourselves on using the highest quality ingredients in our baked goods.
Established in 2003, Breadfarm specializes in naturally leavened, hearth-baked artisan loaves. Every loaf is hand shaped and carefully tended through the baking process. We source local, natural, and often organic ingredients, including Skagit grown and milled wheat! Our breads are delivered daily to restaurants, delis, grocers and farm stands located in Bellingham, Mt Vernon and Anacortes. Minimum delivery $50.
