Blue Door Farm and Homestead is an 11 acre property nestled in the Hockinson area of Brush Prairie, WA. Aside from the picturesque views, a bright blue antique door is a standout on the property. It was installed and treasured by the owners who originally logged and built on the land. We thought there would be no better tribute than to name our farm after the beautiful door, as we continue to preserve the land and history that came before us.
Our produce is grown on 1/4 acre and continually expanding to meet demands. We conscientiously farm on a small plot in order to care for the land, and primarily focus on quick yielding crops that are best suited for the climate. All produce is grown following organic practices.
The produce selection changes with the natural growing season of the Pacific Northwest. Our farm season runs from May through October. Produce is harvested within 24 hours of your pickup. We are happy to help you with selecting the quantity of produce you may need, and would love to introduce you to new items you may not be as familiar with using.
Because we are a very small farm, orders are on a first come first serve basis, based on the quantity available each week. If you have absolutely any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask either one of us. We look forward to sharing our bounty with you.
