About Us

Beck grew up in the farm country of Pennsylvania where her family grew most of their own food. Every summer, she would spend a few weeks with her grandpa on his strawberry farm where she helped out in the fields and fell in love with plants and growing things.

Now Beck enjoys growing her own food, as well as the microgreens that are available to her local community in Long Beach, WA. She always has field pea microgreens, daikon radish microgreens, and purple radish microgreens available, but also loves to try something new if someone is interested!

Our microgreens are not certified organic, but we do use organic materials as much as possible throughout the growing process.

Food brings me a lot of joy and I love working with chefs and others to get people excited to eat great food. Not only can microgreens make a dish more beautiful, but they also have great flavors that can enhance any dish. If you have a certain type of microgreen in mind I would love to hear from you, as I'm always open to growing something new.
