About Us

A wood-fired craft bakery and grain farm making artisan breads, scones, cinnamon rolls, bagels, croissants, cookies, crackers, and more with island grown heritage grains and produce from Lopez farmers. Everything is made with organic ingredients, whole and sprouted grains, using sourdough fermentation for baked goods that are both delicious and nourishing.

You are always welcome to stop in at our bakery and farmstand, located at the historic Grayling Gallery, but it’s best to call ahead or check our website for current hours.

You can find our breads year round at Blossom Grocery, the Southend General Store, San Juan Co-op, and the Orcas Co-op. Restaurants that serve our bread are Vortex Cafe, Vita’s Wildly Delicious, Poutine, Catkin Cafe, Kingfish Inn, Rosario Resort, Voyager Cafe, Luna’s Cafe, and Isabels Coffeeshop.

During the summer months you can find a full complement of bread and pastries at the Lopez Island Farmer’s Market.
