We are a small sheep farm in the hills of Brewster Washington. We have 60 acres overlooking the beautiful Columbia River Valley and have a small flock of mostly Icelandic sheep. We have some Suffolk x Icelandic and some Katahdin x Icelandics. The meat they produce is (in our opinion) tender and delicious! We can do carcass prep (kill, skin and gut) prior to cut and wrap for your choice of butcher shops.
I love the farm life and strive to produce healthy, happy, spoiled and delicious lamb for the farm to table experience!
Growing Methods
Pasture raised and alfalfa/grass hay finished. Minimal vaccines and never any growth hormone used!
