Eat Local First Wholesale Product Finder Survey
Launched by the Eat Local First Collaborative in 2020, the WA Food & Farm Finder tool is the trusted source for finding local farms and identifying the restaurants, markets, and food businesses that purchase from local food producers. The following survey will take between five and 15 minutes to complete. Your answers will be used to inform immediate work being done to develop this tool and will not be shared with any of your personally identifying information.

2. How you personally prefer to be identified in relation to your business or organization on the WA Food & Farm Finder.
