Join local cheese specialist Courtney Johnson as she takes you on a journey through the cheeses of the boot-shaped country, one nibble and story at a time. As you taste and learn, she’ll explore the history, culture, and evolution of cheeses in one of Europe’s oldest cheesemaking countries. The class will taste through 9 Italian cheeses paired with a selection of accompaniments, many of them made locally in Washington.
