The Art of Sambar and Chilla

$30 – $40Savor the bountiful flavors of Oxbow’s fall harvest as we prepare a delectable South Indian vegetable and lentil stew known as Sambar acompanied by Chilla, a savory South-Asian Pancake made with chickpea flour and spices. This workshop features a Chilla mix made by Ojaswe Co., a regenrative food business based out of Seattle, and includes vegetable prep and chilla making and concludes with a shared meal.
This workshop is intended for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
