Rooted Northwest Farm-to-Table Dinner

Join us for an evening of good food and community in celebration of regenerative agriculture! Tour the farm and then sit down to a delicious, multi-course dinner crafted by chef Kerri Cacciata, former executive chef of Our Table Cooperative, and currently the Sr. Director of Food + People at Tilth Alliance. This is the first farm-to-table dinner hosted by Rooted Northwest Farms, which supports the collective of farm enterprises springing to life on our community’s 240 acres outside of Arlington, Washington. Come see and taste the incredible bounty already growing here and learn more about the exciting projects we have in development, from vegetable and medicinal herb farms to an experimental wetland food forest.

The funds from this dinner will support shared farming essentials such as irrigation and tractor maintenance. Thank you for developing a closer relationship with local farmers!

About Chef Kerri Cacciata

Kerri comes with 20+ years of culinary experience, including launching and managing a farmers market, running culinary education at The Ecology Center, living and cheffing at Our Table Co-operative (a 60-acre organic farm), owning a boutique catering business, working in food rescue, and generally just loving to eat! She currently is with Tilth Alliance, organizing their year-round food access programming, which focuses on thoughtful sourcing and community impact.

Rooted Northwest is Western Washington’s newest AgriVillage, combining village living and regenerative farming. The community will reside on 240 acres, four miles east of Arlington, WA, and a convenient one-hour drive to Seattle and Bellingham. This land has been farmed by a local family for over 100 years and we are proud to carry on the tradition of stewardship. By combining the models and wisdom of co-housing and permaculture, we aim to be a thriving, diversified farm accelerator that puts farmers first.
