Mushroom Life Cycle and Cultivation Workshop

Explore the fascinating world of fungi cultivation with our comprehensive class that covers everything from mycelium to mature mushrooms. Guest instructor Ben Jaffe will begin with a lecture on mushroom life cycles and biology, then we’ll move on to the practicalities, tackling both home cultivation using simple DIY methods and more advanced techniques for larger-scale operations. Each 90-minute session is designed to include a 45-minute informative talk, followed by interactive mushroom spawning and a Q&A.
