Oxbow is proud to present you with our Chef Night Series!
Picture a dining experience like no other. Your evening begins with a drink and a brisk tour of our farm where you’ll learn about the produce we grow. It ends with a delicious farm to table meal served outdoors, next to our outdoor kitchen and farm plot!

Chef Bios
Chef Seth Fernald is Oxbow’s resident Chef. Seth began working in the Seattle area at the Novelty Hill Januik Winery and accrued several skills as their executive chef. He has currently partnered with Oxbow for several years and continues to produce exceptional masterpieces of cuisine.
Chef Andrew Wang is a Washington state-born chef currently working at the French cuisine restaurant L’Oursin. He has previously worked at Light Sleeper, a natural wine bar; Bunsoy, a modern Filipino restaurant; as well as Preservation Meat Collective, a purveyor of high-quality meats to restaurants in Seattle.
