Picture a dining experience like no other. Your night begins with a brisk tour of our farm where you’ll learn about the produce we grow, and it ends with you eating that same produce you just learned about! 21+ Only
Bios
Chef Seth Fernald is the main chef for the night. Seth began working in the Seattle area at the Novelty Hill Januik Winery and accrued several skills as their executive chef. He has currently partnered with Oxbow for several years and continues to produce exceptional masterpieces of cuisine.
Oxbow is thrilled to have Zachary and Seth Pacleb from Brothers & Co. join the chef crew for this night! Zachary and Seth are Pacific Northwest natives who have a passion for producing excellent cuisine and sharing it with the community. For more information, please check out their website here.

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Happy Hour Drinks
5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Tour of the farm
5:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Dinner on the farm

Take a scenic tour of Oxbow Farm and our farm plots that host the delicious bounty of our seasonal harvest! Get to know the produce, especially the many uses they have in cooking, and discover new ways to enjoy plants you already think you know!
Menu
To be decided. All meals that Chef Seth Fernald makes at Oxbow rely on the produce and ingredients found on the farm. This unfortunately will not be clear due to constraints of the season, the weather, and several other growing conditions. We will provide the up-to-date menu information as soon as possible.
