Cheese & Beer Pairing

Street Cheese, a mobile cheese shop, will join Burke-Gilman Brewing in Seattle for a cheese-and-beer pairing!

Four beers will be paired with four cheeses for the evening. Cheeses will be available on a composed plate with just cheese ($20; serves 1-2), or on a composed cheese-and-charcuterie plate ($25; serves 1-2) featuring cheese and charcuterie (e.g., cured meats). Street Cheese will also offer charcuterie cones ($15) for those with a meatier appetite. You may purchase your plate ahead of time through Street Cheese’s website (be sure to select “Burke Gilman Brewing” as the pick-up location), or on August 19 at the brewery during the event.
