The Washington State Cheesemakers Association (WASCA) is proud to announce it will hold its 2023 Annual Membership Meeting in-person with a virtual option on Friday, January 27, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Butcher’s Table in Seattle.
Our guest speaker this year will be a panel of local chefs and restaurateurs who will be available to talk about cheese in the professional kitchen.
The meeting agenda is available on our website. We ask that attendees RSVP how they will be attending so that we can alert our hosts at The Butcher’s Table as to how many of us to expect; online attendees must also register on Zoom.
WASCA is a 501(c)(6) non-profit founded in 2015 to support our state’s licensed cheesemakers through collaboration, networking, and promotion. Our membership is open to licensed cheesemakers, businesses, industry members, and cheese enthusiasts.
